What I found in Buyeo
The second film follows a more personal impression of Buyeo. Despite studying Korean for ten years and visiting Korea many times, the filmmaker had struggled to answer, ‘What do you like about Korea?’ Kindness and hospitality in Buyeo’s shops helped reveal the answer: the warmth between people is what keeps that affection alive.
